Feb. 26th, 2007 11:05 amSo yeah...been kinda busy lately not gonna lie. I aslo realize it's that time of year again, when I get so incredibly stressed, I need to just stop and breathe. Getting ready for Peach + tons of homework +apartment stuff equals No fun for alicia. I just want it to be spring break so I can have a fun time with my friends (all across the U.S.) and just relax.
And now with that I segue way (sp?) into my tentative plans for spring break. I still need to talk to Schild (need to affirm if these dates are ok and locations for airport and such) but this is probably what's gonna happen for Spring break:
Fri(3/9)/Sat.(3/10)-Monday(3/12)--Rockin' bein' at home for a few days. Hang out with ppls and get some work done (god willing)
Tues.(3/13)-Thurs.(3/15)--Go down to see a certain boy down in Gainesville, all thanks to the perks of Merg workin' at U.S. Airways
Fri.(3/16)-Sun.(3/18)--Visit good ole Marge for a few days and stay at his aparment
Sun. night-Come back to B.U. and pray to God that I got my homework done over the course of the week.
Like I said this is the TENTATIVE schedule, so I don't even know if any of this is gonna happen. I still gotta check with flights and everything. But if I can pull this off looks like I'll be able to fly roundtrip (if I go straight to Gainseville) for about $88, which is pretty fuckin' sweet considering the cheapest i found was the high $200 range. I <3 Merg.
Although I was kinda stressed this weekend, Saturday just made up for all of it. Stage Troupe had HIFBISS (Halloween in February Because I Said So) and it was funny because mostly everyone dressed up. I dressed up as a (mob) Gangster (Nick would've been proud) and Emily dressed up as a cow girl, and my friend Katie dressed up as Courtney Love. But I think the icing to the whole costume thing was Alex dressing up as a hula dancer, with Sea shell bra and hula skirt, that Emily picked out cuz she was sick of his indecisiveness. Initially the party was awquard cuz people really didn't start showing up till 12-12:30 (the party started at 10:30 by the way), and Alex, Emily, Katie, and I, were basically just twiddling our fingers. Oh and fate never ceases to hate me and spite me, but I'm not gonna get into it. I had a fun night regardless, and I really am hoping for more Stage Troupe parties.
Alright, gotta probably do at least some work before class. Laters.
EDIT: I seeeeeeriously want to punch my teachers in the face. Namely my Humanities and Natural Science professor's, since my N.S. professor decided to assign this huge project that's basically due next Monday (presentation is on friday). It just adds to my other loathing of that class. I can't believe how much I'm looking forward to Capstone.
